My voracious appetite for theater emerged at a very young age. My mom pushed me, a begrudging, fidgety two year old dressed as a pig,  onto the stage of Foxboro Massachusetts’ Orpheum Theatre. When feeling so inclined (I was two after all) I exclaimed gleefully "oink! oink!". I've never looked back from there.

As long as I can remember I have been playing pretend. My pursuits began with childhood fantasies: my brother and I defending our backyard battlefield in a war torn nation, portraying my favorite "coonskin cap" pioneer Davy Crockett, suiting up in armor as the chivalrous King Arthur. I have always loved  being in another time and place.  Our world is full of history and culture, and for me, being limited to only the here and now has always been an expectation I have rejected. I am a PRETENDER, there is no disillusion here.  However, the ability to harness this passion for reckless childlike abandon has afforded me a career doing exactly what I love--taking people away, for a time, to learn from the world’s past mistakes and good-fortunes.

As you can see to the left, I have had the immense privilege to travel the world. I've independently navigated my way through countries despite significant language barriers. I’ve made many friends along the way, and learned so much about myself and the world which I so eagerly explore.

I am a huge proponent of trying new things. Be it food, activities or perspective, I try to never stifle my desire to try something outside of my comfort zone. Recently, I began my quest for gymnastics skills and juggling, as viewable on this page! I've begun to bake bread, make my own cappuccinos and cook with new and foreign ingredients. Life is truly for the playing and the taking, both on and off stage, and I incorporate that into my performance as mush as possible.

That's a bit of me. For any questions you may have, check out my Contact page!
